VI Award "Saigon" Literature AGENDA OF MARCH 2011

FIRST

may participate in this contest writers who are 16 or over on 31 December 2011 and of any nationality, provided that the papers are written in Castilian and be original and unpublished.

SECOND

It provides two modes:

A) Award poetry

B) Award for short story

In this sixth edition of the Prize, the subject is free for both modalities. Category A should have a minimum length of 5 and maximum of 64 lines and the type B may not exceed 250 words.

THIRD

be a prize of a lot of books in each of the two modes. The prize involves the publication of the work in one of the numbers that Saigon Association Cultural Shipwreck plan to edit in 2012. The award ceremony will take place in the presentation of the appropriate number.

FOURTH

Manuscripts must be submitted in duplicate, typed or in print Times New Roman 12 or similar size paper DIN A-4 , spaced 1.5 only on the front. Need not occur bound.

FIFTH

The work will be delivered without identification other than the motto. Inside a sealed envelope accompanying the work, will detail the name, address, telephone number and email address of the author and the outside of the envelope indicating the title, the motto under which identified and arrangements to which it is presented.

SIXTH

The work will be delivered by mail (recommended-no is required-to be certified) to the following address:

The deadline for submission will begin on January 30 and end on September 30, 2011. Closing date for presentation in the blog activities Shipwreck Cultural Association (acnaufragio.blogspot.com) relationship will work involved in the Award.

SEVENTH

The jury is composed of writers and literary scholars, who maintain a strong relationship with Saigon and its Association as decided by its Assembly . The judges read the papers that meet the formal requirements of the call, resulting in the failure of merit consideration all of them before the convening of the next prize "Saigon." The Award may be declared void.

EIGHTH

After the jury final decision will be discussed in the blog SIXTH cited in the call available the names of the winners and the winning works and will be notified by letter or telephone.

NINTH

Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance and compliance with these rules and in matters not covered by them shall be to what rule on the jury.

TENTH

Copies of all papers received will be on file with the Association. The authors will pick a year since the jury's verdict. After this time, the Executive Council (or whoever it may determine) measure to remain in the work file.
